Exploring medias and art techniques

 

I first applied a wet layer of water colours. Allowing lots of water on the page is vital for the next steps. 

I dabbed heavy colours around the page blending them together. 

Then taking clingfilm, I dragged it around creating bunched up areas in certain points and then flat in other areas. 

after its dried, you're able to peel it back, creating a really cool pattern. 

To give purpose to the page I  tore paper creating a base then added trees. I drew pen on top of the drawing to give depth and highlights.
