Initial layout and placement ideas 

 

This is the first analysis and ideas for  North Place that can begin to put my ideas down on paper. 

My priority with these first drawing was the walk way through. Creating a strong path between the brewery quarter and the race course and Pittville Park. This could create a better route encouraging people to use these sites. 

I positioned the car park there in the idea it will be a huge green wall. This will buffer out the view of the houses which took away from the views of the mountains behind. I also sectioned off the amphitheatre and creative work spaces, trying to place them in a way to flow with the site.
