North Park Entrance

This is the edge of North Place, one of the main entrances from the Brewery quarter... pretty disappointing right?

This is such a great opportunity to create a grand entrance with attitude, attention, character, something so bold, it drags you to the site. 

I don't want to take away from the view of the church, something to frame that, juxtaposition is something to aim for, something modern bold in colour, to bring out the heritage and earth toned church. 

This under canopy type entrance is a start, something natural but still abstract art, would be big and bold. 

Iron with tat orange tinge would be a great material, places imbedded for plant to grow would create a beautiful contrast. 

I think taking this entrance through the rest of the park would be a nice way of creating a connection through out.
