I love the winter interest.

months where the whether and mood is so gloomy can be brought to life through planting like this. 

I like how it has layers to it, even though the grasses are so fine, there is  almost block colours to the plan like cream, brown, yellow, red and green.  

I also enjoy the way the path splits up the sections so well, the water, planting and grass. It splits up the space perfectly and gives direction, route and purpose to the site. 

The summer planting is bright and laid out in grids which I don't like as much. I prefer when planting looks a bit messy and odd.
